How to Apply

Our admissions process is designed to be seamless and straightforward. Follow the steps below to join our vibrant school community:

Submit an Online Application

Begin your journey with us by completing the online application form at  Apply Now. Once submitted, you will receive an application ID# via email or SMS.

Submit Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents in hard copy to the Wycombe Abbey Admissions Office after receiving the application code:
  • Two original birth certificates.
  • Six personal photos.
  • Report cards for the previous two academic years.
  • A behaviour letter from the current school or nursery ( including Early Childhood).
  • Copies of both parents' IDs (father and mother).
The Admissions Office will schedule the Admission Placement Test after verifying all submitted documents. Confirmation of the test date will be sent within two days via email.
Note: Assessments will be conducted after the submission of all required documents is completed.

Communication and Assessment

Parents’ Meeting

The final decision regarding acceptance or refusal will be communicated within one week of the assessment and interview.

Admission Decision

The final decision of acceptance/refusal will be announced beginning from one week after the assessment and the interview date and not prior.

Payment and Deadlines

To secure a place for your child, payment of the fees must be completed within the specified deadlines. Failure to meet the deadline will result in forfeiture of the child’s acceptance.

Waiting List

Once the maximum number of students has been accepted, remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Priority will be given to siblings and students with the highest performance on the Admission Placement Test.

Transferring Students

If your child is transferring from another school, additional documents are required, depending on their current location:

Transferring from a School within Egypt:

  • A certificate of promotion, issued by the Ministry of Education (New Cairo District).
  • A school transfer paper, stamped by the previous school and the Ministry of Education (New Cairo District).

Transferring from a School outside Egypt:

  • An attendance statement from the previous school.
  • School reports for the past two years, signed and stamped by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin.
