As the Founding Headmistress of Wycombe Abbey Cairo East, Ms. Eldars brings expertise in school leadership, curriculum development, and community building to create a holistic and inclusive learning environment for students.

Ms. Eldars’ extensive career includes leadership roles in prestigious international schools across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. She has successfully implemented and managed globally recognised curricula, including IGCSE, A-Levels, and Checkpoints, achieving exceptional academic standards and fostering a high-achievement culture. Her leadership has been instrumental in the accreditation of schools through CIS, COBIS, and other international organisations, ensuring the highest quality standards and continuous improvement.

In her most recent role, Ms. Eldars enhanced the school’s reputation, increased student enrollment to record levels, and collaborated with universities to enrich student learning through STEAM and Creative Arts initiatives.
